This really is a no brainer. Pakistan doesn't trust our intentions in the region... with good cause given our track record. In order to gain some trust, the least we can do is funnel some aid their way to deal with the flooding which has displaced over 20 million people. Does America not care because Pakistan is a Muslim nation? America doesn't know Pakistan when they are down and out...
