New Alliances In Iraq Cross Sectarian Lines
From everything I am reading, it seems as if Iraq still wants a strong central government, not a loose confederation of 18 provinces. If this is how Iraqi democracy develops then it might be a long time before we can consider Iraq a stable nation... especially if the Sunni Sons of Iraq do not get the jobs they have been promised by the central government.
