This is not the first time we have seen this and, unfortunately, it will not be the last. If we keep sending back the same troops over and over again (the cost of an "all-volunteer" military), this will continue to destroy our military and destroy our standing in the world. Near peer competitors are emerging and a hollowed out, brain drained military officer corps commanding shell shocked troops that should no longer be in uniform - they should be receiving the best possible care from the VA - are not going to scare our enemies.
