Russian Subs Patrolling Off East Coast of U.S.
Apparently, the Russians have not been given access to the designs and specifications of the new superior Chinese submarines I spoke about in April. The two subs are of the Akula class, a counterpart to the U.S.' Los Angeles submarine class. Wasn't foreign policy so much more exciting and easier during the Cold War?
