James Comey?
This may seem a little out of left field for this blog, but James Comey is apparently being pushed for nomination to the Supreme Court. The former SVP and general counsel of Lockheed Martin Corp. and former No. 2 at the U.S. Department of Justice fought against and raised objections to the domestic-eavesdropping program instituted by the George W. Bush administration.
