In Reversal, Army Ends Delay on Lightweight Armor

What this article basically says is:

"Today, Secretary Gates (pbuh) forced Army civilians, fat Active Guard Reservists, and lazy active duty logisticians, 95 percent of whom have never been to a warzone more than 3 months, that work in the Pentagon, to work. He ordered them to prioritize giving troops heading to Afghanistan lighter armor that is just as effective as the heavy armor, over coffee, a workout at one of the Pentagon gyms, bringing their spouse to an "important doctor's appointment," and that monthly Powerpoint (their only job at the Pentagon) that they have been working on for the past month. Now deployed soldiers will have light and effective body armor that allows them to more effectively chase Taliban around the mountains during their upcoming annual offensive."
